At Maria Nila, we want you to love your 100% vegan and CO2 compensated hair care products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
